How our bartending courses work

When you have a minimum of 10 students, our trained instructors will fly anywhere in North America to personally teach YOUR seminar. Outside of North America, a minimum of 15 students are required. As a Special BONUS for groups of 20 or more, SCOTT YOUNG, Founder & Head Instructor, will join your instructor and personally teach your class. Learn first hand from the creator of the Extreme Bartending™ concept, training program and video training series.

Each flair bar tending student receives:

• 12 hours of hands-on and theoretical bartender training
• Course manual
• EXTREME BARTENDING™ Certificate

Your management receives:

• Two BAR SMART consulting booklets
• "SETTING UP YOUR BAR TO BE EXTREME- 18 STEPS FOR BAR MANAGERS"
• "THE EXTREME BARTENDING™IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM : MANAGEMENT CONTROLLED" (Encouraging but controlling your staff's progress step by step)
• (As an extra bonus for arranging seminar of 10 or more ) We recommend a private lunch on day two with your management team to discuss these booklets.
• You will also receive One Demonstration Bartending Performance, your choice of night and venue.

In response to numerous e-mail queries that we've received about individuals interested in flair bartender seminars, please note the following:
If you are not yet employed as a bartender, or can't immediately gather 10 bartenders to arrange for BAR SMART to come to your town, there are several ways you can still take advantage of a BAR SMART EXTREME BARTENDING™ SEMINAR.

COME TO VANCOUVER:

If you are able to travel to Vancouver, B.C., call our office manager , Karen L Young (1-604-879-1036) to register for one of our monthly seminars. Vancouver is a great place to visit!

BE INSTRUMENTAL IN BRINGING BAR SMART TO YOUR CITY:

We believe in the power of the individual to make things happen and suggest 3 things you might try to facilitate our bartending courses close to home.

• Contact a local Bartending School and tell them about our Seminar Associate Program. We would be happy to send them a comprehensive information package. You might want to suggest that they check out our web site for an introduction to BAR SMART or you might want to show them a portion of one of our videos to give them a sample of our instruction.
• E-mail us with the address, phone number and a contact person for a reputable Bartending School in your area. We would be happy to contact them, tell them of your interest and send them an information package about our Seminar Associate Program.
• Contact the owner/manager of your favorite nightclub/bar with information provided on our web site re: BAR SMART Seminars. They will likely appreciate your initiative and remember you when you're ready to apply for a job. Show them one of our training videos to give them a taste of what we teach.
• In smaller towns, two or more establishments often join together to bring the BAR SMART team to their area.
