Open Flair Bartending Competition. Qualifiers are every Sunday in April 2003, The Finals are May 4th 2003. Out of State qualifiers are during noon time the same day of the finals night(May 4th). 1st and 2nd place on qualifying days advance to finals on May 4th, and top 70% of out of state competitors will advance to finals for a total purse of $5,000.00.
