Dear Scott Young and associates,
Thank-you ever so much in helping China Beach s Extreme Showdown. It was a huge success and couldn t have been without you. Your assistance in every area was a tremendous help to me and is greatly appreciated by all of us at China Beach NightClub. The contest was a big eye opener to industry,especially in the Fraser Valley, on behalf of pouring a drink(s) with style. The judging format showed people that the contest wasn t just about flipping bottles but about a complete bartender with a entertaining personality. Technical difficulty, Control, Spilling,Dropping,Breaking,Mastery of different speeds,Style grace & fluidity,originality,Presence,Crowd interaction,Promotion of sponsors and Crowd response were all the different categories that completed the complete bartender. The contest showed people, especially bar managers, that there is ways around alcohol spillage not like in the movie cocktail. ( eg. Juices instead of alcohol, only so full, and so on...) since this is probably the Bar Managers worst fear then the contest helped to show them that it won t effect the inventory to entertain patrons. We hope you enjoyed the contest as much as we did and hope everything went well. We would be thrilled to see this contest happen again next year and we would be honored to have you back to do a spectacular job judging. Once again thank-you very much for all your help. I recently ordered your working flair series. I can t believe how great the Extreme bartending videos are. I love them. Many of my bartenders can t wait to try new tricks with my flair bottles.
Thanks so much for providing such great instruction. The Extreme Video series is truly an outstanding one of a kind production. I just can t put down my bottles or shakers. Bartending is fun, and i m approaching myjob eith a newfound enthusiasm. I haven t been this excited about being behind the bar since I broke into the business eight years ago. Here s some rockin advice for you - Want to increase your odds of getting a job, take Scotty s Bar Smart seminar, and/or Buy Scotty s Videos on Extreme Bartending!!
Trust me, this will be the smartest investment you will ever make in regards to this industry. I ve got the vid s and I can tell ya, It was worth every dollar!! The video s will help you round yourself out. so .........guy walks into a bar....... oops no seriously i surfed through the Extreme Bartending site and after looking at whats out there i settled in to see what Scott had to offer the best part is i havent even got the tapes yet and i learn a new skill the multi shot pour r whatever you would like to call it but i made me a hit with the boss at our 2 yr anniversary he and his friends couldnt stop tipping me besides ordering more shots just to see it done again on a more serious note .......

Hi Karen, Just wanted to inform you that I have received my four tape collection of Extreme Bartending tricks. They are so kool. I guess that I am now a Scott Smart enthusiast (smile).
I will recommend him and his video s to any one that will listen to me. Can you tell that I am excited?(Brad: jumping up and down. giggle, giggle) I know that I was supposed to watch the tapes at intervals of a week apart and practice the moves for that week. ( cheapest grin )However, I couldn t wait. So I watched all of them so that I could see everything that I am going to learn. Very kool indeed. But now, I will do the weekly lessons in order. Some of the moves I already know, but most of it is brand new to me. This should keep me busy for awhile. I plan on ordering more video s shortly, until I get them all. I just love this stuff.
