Hi guys, I would like to thank you for making my life as a bartender a lot more fun. a few weeks ago I ordered your Course of Extreme Bartending.

I got it in the mail only a few days ago, and I was practicing really hard with the special flair bottles. only 2 days later I was already at a intermediate level, I m getting the hang of it quickly huh? :)

anyways, when I felt I was good enough to do a trick in the bar, I tried a few, I didn t fail any trick I tried in the bar, (like Balancing, 1.5 flip to pour, etc..)

What s up Scott and Marcin? Just wanted to drop you guys a line and says Thanks again for such an awesome weekend.

I went into the seminar expecting to learn how to flair, juggle and toss things around but I got so much more out of it. Scott covered a lot of aspects surrounding customer service. Everything from greeting customers to up-selling, even socializing.

He even taught us some cool bar bets and cheesy jokes to lighten the mood. After six years in the industry there were times when going to work seemed like a drag or even a chore.

After leaving Scott’s class I couldn’t wait to get to work on Sunday night. I had and still have this new found enthusiasm for the job.

That night I had more fun at work than I had in a very long time and you know what, there was no flaring involved (first golden rule: we don’t practice at work). I up-sold all night and noticed the people sitting at my bar were laughing and having more fun than ever before.

I would recommend any up and coming bartender or for that matter any bartender that needs their spirit revived to take this course. It has done wonders for me and I m sure it would do the same for any of you.Serving with Style

Dear Scott,Since I' m contacting you personally I will give you a personal thanks for providing your bar training. I first had an interest in bartending about 1 1/2 years ago when I starting mixing cocktails for my friends. This interest has now turned into a way for me to entertain, which I love. Basically I think it is the best position for me to have until I can afford to get my master' s degree. :) I should also add that I will be starting my first bartending job at the local country club in my city on the 13th of May, it will be in the gentlemen only bar (also known as the Alibi room), so that should be interesting. I'm a little anxious and studying my recipe file like crazy.

When I was being interviewed I told her about the extreme bartending and she had a very scared look in her face until I explained that it wasn t just about flipping bottles around.

I told her it was about style and entertainment, so I showed her the martini glass balance, thank god I got it on the first try! I explained some of the other things as well and she was very impressed with me.

I won't be able to be too crazy with bottles, as the alcohol is very expensive, but what I like is that most of the moves that I learned from your tapes can be done with such low risk once the confidence and capability is there.

So thanks again for putting all the tapes together. It must really be cool to be able to be in charge of something that you really love. Not too many people get to do that in life, in fact, you are in such a minority!Sincerely,

Hey Scott! I did my first bartending demo for the members on Friday night, I was asked to do it by Sandy, who is the lady that got you guys in here, I told her I wasn t ready, and I did NOT want to do it.

I was actually really nervous, but I did some basic tricks , and I did a crantini flipping the cranberry juice to the right, and back to the left to pour, and I stopped and a flip to pour with the shaker behind me, I threw the shaker behind me and I caught it, and I pulled it off, I was soooo nervous, but, WHAT A RUSH!!!!!!!!

Everyone was cheering!! It was wild, I am so addicted to this, I just want to inject it into my veins!!!! When I practice in front of my building at home, my neighbors watch me , cars stop to watch me, this has changed my whole outlook on customers, after all that is why I do this..... for the customers... Thanks Scott!

Hi Scott, I am inquiring about the seminars that you offer in Vancouver. I live in Massachusetts, USA an hour outside of Boston and wanted to know more information about how the scheduling works and how much it costs. I would be coming alone, not with an establishment.

Also on a side note, I bought your 4 volume Extreme Bartending Set and want to say that it is AWESOME!!!! I practice everyday and have so much fun doing the moves. Thanks for all the positive motions in the video. Hope to see you guys soon in one of your classes. Thanks!
