Hi!,
Love what you guys do. You seriously have a killer operation going on. I own all the videos, am a member of all the associations and can t wait for new ideas and products. I help with the bar management at a seasonal/party place on a lake in NY. I was wondering if there s a pep rally sort of standard or video or method to get employees really psyched for the upcoming season. I think I ve done a pritty good job on getting stuff togethther to pump m up, but any little pointers can help, ya know?! Plus......who better to ask? I believe your program is one of the amazing programs out there. I would recommend it to my co workers and friends.
Actually I have. And I just want to also say that even though I haven t met Scott, I believe he s one of the greatest instructors too. Just because the fact he helped me out with some problems I had with throwing ganrishes behind my back. I talked to him on the phone about it and surprisingly how he described methods and solutions actually made sense and now I can throw garnishes behind my back. Straws are a little tricky just cause they are so light weight but otherwise I m moving on up. I am really satisfied with the dvds, and if there is more dvd s coming up let me know. Good afternoon. Thanks for keeping me updated on your company. I would like to tell you how much I have enjoyed your products. I ordered serveral videos from you and loved every one of them. In fact, I watched one every night until I had watched them all. (About 12 videos) I had just began bartending when I saw your website. I have to admit, without your videos, I don t think I would have made as many customers as friends. I really learned that having fun and customer service is #1. That s the biggest thing that I feel I learned from you and your company. The importance of going the extra mile to serve my customers. For that, I want to thank you.
