I just got back from TGIFridays Regional competition. Beleive it or not it was the first time I've seen live Flair other than myself.

I was really impressed with the moves and the skill level, but HOLY COW were they spilling!!! I felt somewhat ashamed of the amount of spillage I witnessed. Please remember that "spillage is unacceptable". Tons of spillage means tons of loss of revenue to your bar and tons of bad press for Flair bartenders everywhere.

It did get me really pumped to come home and practice more and just in two hours I've picked up over a dozen more solid combos.

I also have an interview at TGIF on Wednesday Very Happy

the more comps you see the more you understand that you don't have to spill to put on a show.
