The only whiskey/liqueuer ever to come close to SoCo is the Canadian Yukon Jack.

I find yukon jack is more similar to drambuie then SoCo but I agree, yukon jack is available in most bars in canada but is really only used in a few drinks to my knowledge : as a shot or in a double jack, 1/2oz jack daniels 1/2 oz yukon jack.
