right hello again there people long time no speak. i need some advice on turning a bunch of serving machines into bartenders... they can all take stupid amounts of money but there is no life in the bar, the customers dont get excited about being in my venue because the bartenders aren't. they are all highly skilled at crafting drinks, serving to spec and everything else, except they refuse to add the passion, fun and atmosphere that goes along with being the host!

Make the staff bring down 5 people a night each. That way when all the staff do it, it is a party right from the get go and the staff will be more into it. Hope that works
