Tildy,
Though I have never made a Lemon Drop Martini, I have made thousands of Lemon Drops in my lifetime and I'm sure you can use the same recipie, just increase the ammounts of sugar and Vodka.
Lemon Drop
1 1/4 oz Absolute Citron
1 T Sugar
1 lemon wedge
Extra Sugar
Pour Vodka over ice in a shaker tin and add sugar. Shake untill the liquid is cloudy and serve in a shotgalss rimmed with sugar and garnished with a lemon wedge rolled in sugar.
If I were to serve this as a martini, I would rim the glass with sugar and put the sugared lemon wedge on the side of the glass, careful as to not dip the lemon in the Vodka so the sugar does not rinse off.
Anyhow, that is my best suggestion..... I'm sure others will follow. _________________ The odds are good but the goods are odd.
