Hey Carina
Welcome to the world of flair.
Many of the bartenders on this site and other Flair forums like the FBA will be glad to provide you with help - however please try to be a bit more specific on what your asking.
Do you want help with practising, help with flairing at work, help in remembering cocktails?
I see that your in the UK - which bit?
Take care - happy flippin

Hi there another UK Flairer here, welcome to the board and the world of the spinning bottle and tin!
You are definatly in the right place to hone your flairing skills!
I would say this site has helped just about every UK'er Flairer learn the trade, its the mecca!
Im currently trying to put a simple site together to help novice flairers, its not quite up and running yet, but if you want to have a peek drop me and email and ill send you the link!
Flair is a addiction!! lol take care

hey hey hey, another uk'er, sweet!!!
Yes this is deffinatly the place to start, i learnt so much from here, as far as advice with cocktails, i sy the best thing to remember is to take your time with em, and presentation is the key! we all know that most of us eat with our eyes, well i think the same thing applies to drinking. and as with all things, practise, start slowly and the more you do things the faster it will all come to you, that goes for flair and cocktail making. i've been flairing over a year, and have just about probably started making everything look totally smooth when i do it, before moves were kind of disjointed and didnt flow all that well. Just give it time, practise and patience and it will all come to you.
Feel free to drop me an email if you wanna talk more about bartending or flair or anything really.
Oh and hey russ sorry i aint been able to return the favour of a vid of me flairing, having trouble getting my cam to work!
Take it easy guys and gals

So sorry it has taken me this long to reply - learning moves writing is not impossible but v difficult. I would love to help but there are obvious difficulties in just trying to see what you can and can't do.
I think some of us UK people need a flair day soon. I helped Russ when he was really basic and he seems to have surpassed me now (git )
Anyway - I really would reccomend videos - even if it helps you get the basics. I started with the extreme working flair series and although it seems like a big whack of money - you'll easily see the benefits in improvement of flair, and enjoyment working behind the bar.
If you have anything specific you want to talk about - like how you do certain moves then write back and I will be glad to help.
