hey jerry,
I am unaware of schools performing background checks. They might have a "previous conviction/ no contest" question similar to that on a job application. Just be upfront about it if they bring it up.

Tex, Thank you , however I was actually talking about a future employer. In general do most bars require a background check ?

Hey Jerry. Obviously every company is going to be a little different and you may get a place that wants to run background checks, but in my experience most of them do not.
