How are Christian's videos in comparison with the Extreme Bartending vids? I ask because I already own the first set of Extreme tapes and was wondering if I will learn anything new. . .

Christians Videos are fantastic, but you have be aware that his videos are brand new and flair bartending has moved on a lot in the last few years (so I've been told - I've only been properly into it for a year).
One thing I will say is that I bought the working flair series before I bought Christians and making sure I could do those moves really helped me when going through Christians Videos.
