Is it appropriate to juggle more than two bottles at work or is it too risky? For me, 4 bottles would just be insane but Im confident with three.
My concern is the customers. I don't want to get glass in someone's eye from an exploding bottle. I believe the risk is too great no matter how good you are but I would like to hear peoples opinion on this.
Does anyone here juggle 3 at work?

In my opionion...
The only time you should do flair at work, is in the process of making drinks. If you work in a place like I do... that also means that you have to do it on the fly, because you are slamming busy, and cant waste time. I have been flair bartending for 3 years. Only one time, in thousands of hours behind the bar, have I actually had a drink order come in, that called for three bottles that I actually had just a couple of ounces in each bottle.
Thats one time in three years. Did I do the juggle... OH HEll Yes!!!
But I did a flash and then poured the drink, because I had several people waiting and didnt want to slow service with an exhibition.
I guess to answer your question.. yes, I practice juggling bottles. No... I cant do four...
and no, I dont recomend (?) trying to juggle in a real time situation behind your bar.
All I can say.. is if the situation comes up for real... dont be scared because you havent practiced.
If you are hitting four bottle moves, the three bottle standard juggle.. especially in just a flash.. should be damn near risk free for you... hit it!!!
But save the crazy.. risky.. stuff for competitons.
