Hello everyone!
I'm writing a book that will uncover alot of misconceptions, stories, and experiences of fellow bartenders and servers. If you would like to add to this compilation, please let me know your position in the industry, pros/cons, funny/interesting stories, and something you would like people who have never been in the industry to know...

Hey, you know what? the nature of the beast that is the bartender doesn't share easily.
It's not a case of we can't be bothered but these things you are asking are for Bartenders ears......I've never wanted "outsiders" to know how my world ticks or what REALLY goes on in it, it's mine and mine to share with people like me. Probably explains why there aren't many, if any, decent books of this sort. The book and film "Cocktail" probably done us as much damage as it done good.
I wish you all the best in your quest, but don't hold out for too many replies.
