I've just been annoyed by my bar manager, when a lady asks me for a singapore sling i tell her that the bar staff would be happy to make this for her. My bar manager then turns around and states 'NO! We don't do that!' whereas I know full well we have all the ingredients and expertise to produce such a drink. Does anyone think it is right to only serve drinks that are on a cocktail menu and forget about such classics as the Singapore Sling?

What a terrible way to run a resturaunt!
A [i:e84f9fadd2]Cocktail List [/i:e84f9fadd2]is merely a[i:e84f9fadd2] Suggestion List[/i:e84f9fadd2] for those who are not well versed in cockatils. It is a basic guideline, showng the coustomer, more or less, that you do have a fully stocked bar. Your Manager missed out on a sale, and probably will loose the business of that coustomer. In this kind of economy, especialy in the food and beverage business, businesses should be working doubletime to keep their coustomers happy and their sales up.
