Carrie:
Check out these folks here. Please note, however you must register.
Registration is free and you will find a link to research a limited database of liquor laws regarding the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, other US territories and Canadian provinces. At a glance you will be able to view the minimum age to sell, serve and pour alcohol.
Good luck. _________________ [i:a41895ceb6]"The problem with some people is that when they aren't drunk, they're sober."[/i:a41895ceb6]

yes, granted...a newbie. but sort of a silly question. so, ya'll pay heed, instead of typing it out, call a local bar and ask. they'll know.

Jay,
That is a rather uncharitable attitude to helping out others that post here. Anyone with a question ought to feel comfortable to post without worry of being belittled or treated shabbily.
Having tended in several different cities and states, I've learned how each place has their own set of unique laws regulating same, thereby making it quite a valid question to post.
Would you treat a guest shabbily if they didn't know that a Cubre Libre was a rum and coke with a lime?
To quote my former Hard Rock employer:
"Love all. Serve all."
Keep the cordial and professional we have a work going and spill over to helping those requesting same on these message boards.
Best,
beans

TiPS is a valuable resource to all involved with the sale and service of alcohol.[/color:7112d71c58] _________________ [i:a41895ceb6]"The problem with some people is that when they aren't drunk, they're sober."[/i:a41895ceb6]
