Can anyone tell me the difference between light cream and heavy cream?

Light cream will be thinner than heavy cream... often hlight cream is called "half and half", menaing half cream and half milk. Heavy cream is of course "heavier" than light cream, menaing it has a highter fat content. Heavy cream will also be called Whipping cream or table cream.
