Nyah,
What you would wear to an interview would really depend on the establishment. Check out a few places you would like to work, go in have lunch, paying close attention to the bar. Or you can sit out in front of a few places and pay attention to the way the patrons going in and out are dressed.
For example, if it's a hotel, you know you may want to dress up a bit, if it's a sports bar, casual pants and shirt will do.

Hope that helps a little. Very Happy

Dress Smart/Casual yet comfortable.

Be yourself, if these people give you a job they are going to see the best and the worst of you anyway.

You are gonna love this, don't be afraid to listen, and learn from other bartenders.

Have Fun Kid!!!
