Not quite sure of your question.... are you asking about a drink that can be made or something you just unscrew the cap off of and drink?
Everclear is the highest proof alcohol that can be purchased over the counter - unless you want to get to brass tacks and start drinking ethanol (yech).
As far as a cocktail goes, I suppose everclear with a splash of OJ for color would do you fine, however the flavor willl leave a lot to be desired. There are literaly thousands of drink recipies that create a rather high proof cocktail. _________________ The odds are good but the goods are odd.
