When I was in Jamaica the bartenders there were serving tons of blender drinks. One of them was called a "Hummingbird".
Anyone heard of it before? I've asked in a few establishments and they looked at me like I was crazy.

Hi Trish, I too loved the hummingbird drinks in Jamaica. We brought back some of the banana cream rum but I can't find it anywhere in my area. There are several recipies on line. We did make the following and it was just like the ones there. Hope this helps and ENJOY!!!!
1 oz creme rum
1 oz coffee brandy or liqueur
1 oz milk
1/2 oz strawberry syrup
1/2 banana
add to a blender with ice and blend till smooth.
AWESOME!!!!
