what to do? my newest co worker thinks already that he is gods gift to the bar, yet doesnt know whats in a sidecar. he also doesnt understand the idea of multi tasking. i think he could be great one day, if only he could stop being so arrogant and learn to appreciate the business. so do i (a) be patient and keep trying or (b) teach him a lesson or two......
