excellent ideas Jess, as ever you are a legend... i will deffinatly be using the last one, deffinatly will help the memory... and we have loads of excess stock, so the first is gonna be considered, depending on what the GM thinks.

MMMmm... I'll try and think of something better, but for now try paying homage to the classics.
You might be able to have some fun with this.
The guys basically take some of the classic cocktails and put a 21st century twist on them. Like making them more attractive for today's customer. You can use the ones that don't turn out tasting like yesterday's dishwater on the menu as a revival for some of our sadly underrated classic cocktails.
This will also be a great way to pay respect to the people who paved the way for all of us, after all if they did'nt struggle through the prohibition and stuff like that, you might not have been where you are today.
