I live in Lafayette Louisiana, i have bartended for 4 years and now with the experience that I have and the Flair that I learned, it seems supper hard to get a job. I get turned down time and time again and the owners say and they are not lying when they tell me that they only hire women bartenders. I was even released from a position a few weeks back and they told me in a round about way (without getting themselves in trouble with the law). that they were going to all female bartenders and thats because they're good business. Or guys not good business in the bar. I never got any complaints from the customers. I don't know I'm just slightly agrevated with this frame of mind. Can any body give me some of their opinions.
